This workshop is led by Teresa of Intrinsic Performance - she's a movement and health coach, who uses whole body scientific appraisals to assess how well your bodies are working, and what you can do to feel better.

Join us to learn how to run a mini checkover (you can keep your clothes on!) and for strategies to improve your overall health and wellbeing - gain better nutrition and hydration, improve sleep, improve movement and increase vitality.
