Launching the 2020 Business Resilience Series
We’re all feeling our way post-lockdown, but if there’s one thing to agree on its that change can sideswipe a business at any time. Just as buildings need earthquake absorbing foundations, our businesses need ingrained resilience to survive change.
Even if your business has survived (and some of you have thrived! congratulations!), we’re sure you don’t want to experience the same stress and fatigue that the shock brought.
So this ongoing series of Business Resilience Workshops is for ALL business owners and operators to continually review the strength and depth of your business’ foundations. We will keep the momentum up on business resilience, so if (heaven help us) we go back to Level 3 – or the earthquake hits – we can all be ready and use the lessons learnt to flourish not flounder.
